If your LAM or LAS requires you to work in another Bargaining Unit such as a CUPW Post Office or delivering mail for a RSMC, this is against article 51 and you have the right to refuse. If you decide to do the work, you will be subject to article 2.4 of our By Laws. You will be suspended from your membership in CPAA. We must respect that work represented by another Union is for their members only. We in turn expect the same.
